Zarin & Steinmetz was asked to represent a landlord on a complex new real estate transaction in early December and Jacob Amir took lead on making sure the end-of-year deadline to close would be met. Representing the landlord of two commercial properties in lower Westchester, Jacob worked diligently with his counterpart through the formation of a purchase and sale agreement, lease with purchase options, mortgage assumption obligations, due diligence and title clearance, which the parties sought to complete to meet year-end operational and financial requirements. Z&S was proud to work closely with our client in making sure sale, financing and lease components were completed ahead of New Years Eve.
