Biography

Matt’s work spans transactional, public/private partnerships, joint ventures, and zoning due diligence/compliance. He also handles land use entitlement matters for a variety of the firm’s private and municipal clients.  

Prior to joining Zarin & Steinmetz, Matt served as chief of staff and project manager for a real estate development company, where he handled legal and operational matters for the firm. Matt’s experience on the client-side now informs his strategic and tactical approach when guiding developers, property owners and public entities in pursuit of their development objectives. 

Matt received his Juris Doctor from Georgetown University School of Law. He also received a Bachelor of Arts from Georgetown University.
