Zarin & Steinmetz Prevails in Article 78 in Town of Fishkill

Zarin & Steinmetz is pleased to announce that the firm secured a complete victory in defending land-use approvals it secured from an Article 78 challenge. The action sought to stop the redevelopment of a prominent site in the Town of Fishkill with a restaurant, self-storage facility, car wash, and other uses. Zarin & Steinmetz had previously obtained a dismissal of most of the Article 78 causes of action, and this latest decision denies all remaining claims and ends the case — a major victory for Z&S’s developer client.
