David Steinmetz and Kate Feinman successfully closed a complex $72 Million Dollar refinance transaction on behalf of Azorim (Israel’s largest, publicly traded development company), in connection with a 180-unit residential tower at the Monarch at Ridge Hill community in Yonkers, NY. Z&S is already working on securing land use approvals for another residential tower in the same development project.
