Z&S In the News: Residential Development Proposed at Former Ridgeway Country Club in White Plains

Michael Zarin and Kory Salomone are representing The Farrell Building Company on an application to redevelop the former Ridgeway Country Club with 99 single-family homes and a clubhouse for the new community. Kory and Michael recently appeared before the City of White Plains Planning Board to kick off the review of the project. The Project includes a request to subdivide the 129.68-acre property into 99 single-family lots, along with six open space parcels and a clubhouse lot. Farrell envisions targeting a portion of the homes to seniors, as well as forming an HOA to manage the common areas for the entire development.

Z&S previously represented the French American School of New York in an application to redevelop the same property with a new campus and conservation area.
