On March 27, 2017, Jody Cross will take part in a panel discussion regarding RLUIPA Zoning Decisions at the New York Planning Federation 2017 Annual Conference in Saratoga Springs, New York. She will be discussing municipal regulation of religious uses under RLUIPA.

Jody will be presenting with Frank Fish, FAICP, of BFJ Planning, and James Staudt, Esq. of McCullough Goldberger & Staudt LLP.
