David Steinmetz led our Firm in securing approvals for two 32-story residential towers containing a total of 670 units overlooking the palisades cliffs in Yonkers.  With its iconic design, this project will contribute to the evolving skyline of downtown Yonkers.

The approval process necessitated a two-year comprehensive environmental review, use and area variances from the Zoning Board of Appeals, and Site Plan approval from the City’s Planning Board.  David was supported by Kate Roberts Feinman on a host of transactional issues, and by Jacob Amir and Jaclyn Cohen on the complex land use issues.
