Zarin & Steinmetz LLP represented a family-owned real estate holding company on the sale of three commercial properties in the Bronx in a package sale to an investor. The properties, all fully occupied, had been owned and operated by the family entity since the 1970s.

From preparing the multi-layered agreement involving individual and trust obligations, to successfully tackling ancient mortgage, tenancy and title contingencies through closing, Jacob worked closely with the client through each step of the transaction to ultimately reach a smooth conclusion.
