Z&S Partner Jody Cross represented a private developer in obtaining approvals for two additional hotel pads on an existing hotel site in the Town of New Windsor in Orange County. She guided her client through the full SEQRA EIS process, and obtained necessary variances and site plan approval. She also successfully defeated an Article 78 challenge from a neighboring property owner in Nunnally v. Zoning Bd. of Appeals of New Windsor, et al., Index No. EF000196-2020 (Sup. Ct. Orange Cnty.)
