David Cooper was selected to the 2014-15 Hudson Valley Pattern for Progress Fellowship Program.  Hudson Valley Pattern for Progress is a leading policy research and advocacy organization promoting regional solutions facilitating the growth and vitality of the Hudson Valley.  David will join a team of 25 planners, municipal officials and leaders from numerous industries in the Hudson Valley.  Members of the 2014-15 Fellowship Program will assist the organization in its recently announced three-year initiative to identify and implement strategies to attract “millennials” to Hudson Valley urban centers through sustainable redevelopment and revitalization of downtown areas.
