Zarin & Steinmetz Prevails in Litigation, Allowing Service Station to Operate 24 Hours

We are pleased to share that Lee Lefkowitz and Brian Sinsabaugh successfully represented CPD NY Energy Corp. in an Article 78 proceeding challenging the actions of the City of Yonkers in denying a special permit that would allow a service station to operate 24 hours.

Hon. Maurice Dean Williams of the Westchester County Supreme Court granted Z&S’s petition in full, annulling the City’s decision and agreeing that Z&S’s client met the requirements for the 24-hour permit.
