Zarin & Steinmetz Represents Developer in 70-Unit Cortlandt Housing Proposal

David Steinmetz is representing BEB Capital LLC in seeking approvals from the Town of Cortlandt on a proposed 70-unit townhome development.

The proposed project, a set of new townhomes built in four- and five-unit clusters, 12 of which would meet Westchester County’s definition of affordable housing units, would also include a walking trail and outdoor recreational space. It would replace a series of small dilapidated structures currently on the site, and provide much needed, modern housing, catering to a diverse population including small families.

Zarin & Steinmetz represents BEB in navigating State Environmental Quality review for the project, as well as seeking a Residential Reuse Special Permit and a Zoning Text Amendment, in addition to site plan approval.
