Zarin & Steinmetz Welcomes Three New Lawyers

We are pleased to welcome the addition of lawyers Kory Salomone (Partner), Lee Lefkowitz (Counsel), and Sam Taterka (Associate) to the Zarin & Steinmetz family. Kory, Lee, and Sam will deepen our reservoir of real estate development and litigation talent.

Kory, who will begin with us on Tuesday, is an established and creative land use and zoning attorney. He has successfully run his own firm the past few years, and we are excited for Kory to join our team. Kory will further expand our services for clients into Connecticut, where Kory lives and is admitted.

Lee, who joined us in November, is a seasoned litigator with extensive experience representing clients in land use matters, as well as other commercial litigation throughout the tri-state area. Lee’s ability to simplify complex issues combined with his business acumen make him an ideal addition to our litigation practice.

Sam, who will join the firm on June 7, further broadens our litigation and municipal law practices. Sam comes from a New York City firm, and has represented private and municipal clients in Article 78s, Fair Housing Act and Section 1983 claims, and various other commercial and real estate litigations in state and federal courts.

We look forward to collaborating with Kory, Lee, and Sam and continuing to provide our clients with efficient and effective advocacy.
